Elsubie Louwrens an is Executive Producer & Presenter on season 2 of the “Dream Factory Show”, Premier Agent for AMDA – The number one performing ARTS college in America, Chairperson & CEO of 33 and Me Talent Agency.

Like all great individuals who worked to reach the top Elsubie’s story starts with a humble beginning, a hunger to be more than what life originally offered her.

Elsubie has been making people’s dreams a living reality from her car guards and petrol attendants to working industry professionals and being a Motivational Speaker. At this point in her life, she secured international education for African talent in New York and L.A As she has been an agent for New York Film Academy for 9 years and 3 years as a Premier Agent for AMDA securing partial scholarships and educational breakthroughs as that was her biggest dream when growing up but never got that opportunity.

She has been a pioneer across the entertainment industry, paving a way for future generations by bridging the gap between South Africa and International Market.

Elsubie Louwrens will be hosting KZN Televised auditions then after will be traveling around the continent scouting Models, Singers, Actors, and Dancers.
