Born on 26 August 2002 and bred in the historic town of Kimberley, Lee Naledi is a dynamic vocalist and gifted songwriter making waves in South Africa’s vibrant music scene. Her journey in music began at an early age, inspired by the soulful sounds and rhythms that surrounded her growing up.
Early Education & Musical Journey
Lee Naledi attended Glenhazel Primary School (2008-2015) and later pursued her secondary education at Dowerglen High School (2016). She further honed her artistic skills by studying at Radley College (2017-2018) and later completed her high school education at Uitsig Hoërskool (2019-2021).
Her passion for music led her to study Music and Radio Broadcasting at the renowned Boston Media House, where she cultivated her love for storytelling through song. These studies not only sharpened her skills but also deepened her understanding of the industry, enabling her to connect with audiences on an emotional and profound level.
Musical Style & Influences
Specializing in Amapiano and House Dance music, Lee Naledi’s artistry combines heartfelt lyrics with infectious melodies. She continues to captivate listeners with her unique voice and authentic sound, solidifying her place as a rising star in the South African music industry.
She draws inspiration from celebrated artists such as Babalwa M and Jessie, whose music has played a significant role in shaping her artistic identity. Looking ahead, she hopes to collaborate with these artists in the future.

Lee Naledi’s recording journey began in 2019, exploring the soulful sounds of Neo-Soul while in high school in Centurion. Now, as a key artist under Evosound Records, she is dedicated to creating timeless music and inspiring audiences across the globe.
She is currently working on her upcoming album, set to be released at the end of this year. She also envisions expanding her brand, working with various brands within South Africa and globally.
