Gospel singer Xolly Mncwango recently launched the Xolly Mncwango Foundation – a platform dedicated to empowering the disadvantaged and inspiring individuals to dream beyond their circumstances.
The launch of the foundation kicked off its mission with a Breast Cancer Awareness Brunch held at Universal Music Group, where guests wore the distinctive pink-themed “Unusual Merch” in support of breast cancer awareness.
The event featured moving survival stories from breast cancer survivors and insightful talks from leading medical professionals, including the CEO of Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital (Dr Nthabiseng Makgana).
Experts provided advice on prevention, early detection, and treatment options, sparking important conversations around health and empowerment.
Founder Xolly Mncwango shared the foundation’s core vision, which includes empowering underserved individuals, equipping people with the tools to break free from limiting circumstances, and creating educational platforms to inspire and impact future generations.
“This is not a charity. This is a purpose in motion. Our mission is to empower individuals, educate communities, and restore dignity through faith, support, and opportunity,” Mncwango said.
Foundation is a movement dedicated to empowering individuals and uplifting communities. By focusing on health, education, and support, it aims to restore dignity and inspire hope for those who need it most.
Mncwango gave a powerful message stating, “A child with a book becomes an adult with a vision, and a child with support becomes a leader with purpose.”
The foundation’s work will drive change by educating, supporting, and empowering individuals in key areas like mental health, health awareness, and community development.
