QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Would you encourage your daughter to follow mom’s footsteps and be in the limelight?
It’s really all up to her and what she decides to do. But as a mother, I’m here to guide her and to support her with whatever decision she would like to take. I just want my daughter to know that nothing comes easy in life. It’s always important to work for everything. Sometimes this world is not fair, but if you live a genuine life, the universe will give you all the good things. I encourage her to follow her dreams because when you live your dreams, your life becomes easier. You end up loving what you are doing, and it’s important to do what you love.
Your daughter is almost a teenager, and you have made some controversial headlines. How does she handle the negativity surrounding her mom?
My daughter handles criticism about me by just ignoring everything. I told her to never take anything negative on social media to heart. When I’m with my daughter, I’m her mother, not who I am on social media or on TV.
How has motherhood made you a better person?
Motherhood changed me and improved me in so many ways. I’m responsible as a mother, I have to always be there for my daughter. I’m a present mother, no matter how busy my schedule is I always make sure I spend time with my daughter and raise her well. My daughter is also getting older, so one of the reasons I have rebranded is because I really don’t wanna embarrass my daughter as a mother. She attends one of the best schools in the country, and she travels with me during her school holidays. I always make sure I give her a better life than I had.
You stopped drinking alcohol for almost a year. How has the change been?
After I stopped drinking, I have seen so many improvements in my life. I’m more productive, I feel good, and my skin is glowing. I saved a lot of money; the alcohol I drank was expensive champagne and single reserves. I also see changes in my health, I have more energy and time for work. I work out and take care of myself more, and my head is always in a clear place to think rationally at all times.
What negative impacts did alcohol have on your life?
Alcohol brought me so many downfalls and setbacks more than fun times. Waking up with a hangover can delay a person in so many ways. It cost me money, friendships, and relationships. There’s so much I can say, but I choose not to because I’ve moved on from all of that and in just a peaceful and tranquil head-space.
How have you managed to still host nightclubs and events without alcohol?
Being disciplined and still not drinking while I work at clubs is my biggest flex because while people are fighting over champagne, I’m chilled with my water or energy drink. Not drinking alcohol also saves a person from a lot of things.
What are your biggest achievements for the year 2025?
My biggest achievements was getting my breast reduction and liposuction. I have been wanting that to improve my image for a long time – for myself and my own happiness. I am also proud of being part of the reality series on Showmax. God keeping me safe is the biggest achievement this year. I’m thankful for life, and I pray that he forever keeps me safe with my loved ones.
What are your plans for the holiday season?
This time of the year is about working and doing a lot of hosting at events. But it is also about spending quality time with family and do a little bit of travelling and just preparing for he year to come.
