Proudly Irish-owned, and produced, aged and bottled in Ireland by a fourth-generation family business, O’Driscolls places its focus firmly on the liquid itself – a triple-distilled blend of golden grain and malted barley, the whiskey is matured for a minimum of three years in bourbon casks, resulting in a refined balance of smoothness, flavour and depth that appeals to both seasoned whiskey drinkers and newcomers alike.
First released in Ireland in 2021, O’Driscolls has quickly earned recognition for its quality-first approach. In 2025, it was awarded a Distinction (90+ score) at The Trophy Spirits Show, judged by South African experts, where it stood out as the top Irish whiskey in its market category and the only Irish whiskey to achieve a Distinction or higher rating at the competition.

On the nose, O’Driscolls is light and inviting, offering grain-forward flavour with notes of buttery caramel sweetness, followed by gentle layers of toffee apple, clove and cinnamon. The palate opens with sweetness before evolving into soft notes of vanilla, toffee, and ripe fruit, balanced by a subtle, warming spice.
